EQUS Park Stonava is situated between the villages of Stonava and Horní Suchá in the Moravian-Silesian Region, on the site of the former 9. května (May 9) coal mine. The D1 motorway (Prague–Brno–Ostrava) is roughly a 25-minute drive away, and the D56 motorway around 20 minutes, giving the site good access to the region's main transport routes.
The project is redeveloping a former mining brownfield of approximately 35–37 hectares into a modern industrial park suitable for light manufacturing or logistics. The site has a functioning railway siding on its eastern edge, with a potential connection to the national rail corridor within 6 km. The developer is targeting BREEAM Very Good certification and is also offering the site on a Built-to-Suit / Built-to-Own basis.
The available built-up area of the park reaches up to 130,000 sqm, with the possibility of a further extension of around 4 hectares. The zoning plan does not restrict building height, giving flexibility in the design of future halls. The site also offers significant potential electricity capacity, with the option to connect a photovoltaic power plant.
