My career in real estate started in 2004, including managing my own real estate agency in Scotland and working at CBRE since 2012. I gained rich experience in the field as a real estate agent in the USA. I have been focused on renting offices since 2014, where I can build on my experience. I’ve been working in real estate for years and at CBRE since 2013. I am currently responsible for presenting real estate assets, namely clients of REVETAS, KIRKBI, DEKA Immobilien, AXA and Hampshire. I’ve been responsible for the REICO investment fund portfolio at CBRE since 2016, which includes for example CITY TOWER and Qubix. I joined CBRE in 2011 as a member of Research Department where I focused mainly on office properties. Since 2016, I’ve been representing tenants directly in their search for new office space. My biggest achievement so far is the completion of Accenture relocation to Visionary buidling.

I am in close interaction with the owners of shopping centers within their current projects or the development of new ones. I cooperate with interesting retail brands and looking for models of optimal cooperation with landlords.
I have been working on the commercial real estate market in the Czech Republic since 2007. At CBRE, my focus is letting of retail units in shopping centers in Prague and in regional cities. An integral part of my work is to participate in the redeveloping of shopping centers or changing their concepts as part of reconstruction or expansion. The shopping centers are, for example, SC Plzeň, SC VIVO! Hostivař, SC Nisa Liberec, SC Futurum Kolín, SC Letňany and others.
I joined the CBRE retail team in the second half of 2017. I specialise in renting retail units on high streets in Prague and working closely with shopping centres and office developers. I help prospective retailers with the beginning of expansion when entering the Czech market and searching for suitable locations. With more than seven years of experience in the business sector, I can predict all the diverse customer needs.
At CBRE, I am in charge of leasing retail units in the Varyáda shopping centers in Karlovy Vary and Central Most. When working with clients, I try to apply my years of experience in retail for both occupiers and landlords and provide clients with comprehensive advice and top service. As part of my role, I actively search for quality and suitable brands, and of course, I follow current trends in the retail field.
