Panattoni Park Ostrava West is being developed near the village of Hladké Životice, around 30 km southwest of Ostrava and 12 km north of Nový Jičín. The park is located directly at a D1 motorway exit (exit 330), which connects Prague, Brno and Ostrava, offering short travel distances to the Polish and Slovak borders. A bus stop is within walking distance, and rail connections are available in Hladké Životice.
The park is aimed primarily at manufacturing and logistics companies whose supply chains extend into Poland and Slovakia. The project is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification, underlining its focus on sustainable construction. Units can be occupied as soon as approximately 12 months after signing the lease agreement.
The total area of the park is 95,000 sqm, divided into four halls, each over 20,000 sqm and further divisible into smaller units according to client needs. The halls will have a clear height of 10.5 m, a column grid of 12 x 24 m and an ESFR sprinkler system.
