The Šumavská Centrum
The building was built in 1925. It is a building with a concrete construction of rectangular ground plan, which consists of four interconnected wings.
The area is very well accessible by car and public transport. In its immediate vicinity there are bus stations (Botanická street) and trams (Štefánikova street). Two radials, ie. Veveří and Štefánikova streets, between which the premises are situated. You can easily and quickly get to the Brno Exhibition Center or the D1 motorway and the northern turn towards Svitavy from the nearby ring road.
At present, two projects of expansion of this area are being prepared. One project is preparing to build three floors above the existing building. The second project is to build another building in the area of today's outdoor parking lot.
