The property is as part of former factory Duda Electric, which was built in Vinohrady by Czech businessman Alois Duda in 1908. Today, the historical facades, the original Art Nouveau villa and the massive factory chimney, which is the main landmark of the whole complex, are a monument to this period. Pleasant ambience and interesting architectural division of the buildings enhances the freedom of open space on the south side of the building (Slezská street). The building fits into the overall architectural context of Vinohrady and became one of the first projects in Prague as a new office redone from a former factory.
