It was opened in 1997 and since then has undergone extensive reconstruction and expansion, and is now one of the most modern shopping centres in Prague. The centre is located in Prague 9, near the exit from the East Junction leading further to Mladá Boleslav or Hradec Králové. The centre is easily accessible by public transport. Nearby is the final metro stop of line B Černý most and in front of the building there are several bus lines.

The centre of Černý Most offers almost 82,000 square meters of leasable area with almost 170 business units. Under one roof, visitors will find premium fashion brands (Gant, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger), popular ready-made brands (Marks & Spencer, New Yorker, C&A), sports shops (Sportisimo, A3 sport), shoe stores, accessories and jewelry (Geox, CCC, Pandora, ALO diamonds). There are also shops for everyday shopping: Globus hypermarket, dm drogerie markt or Benu pharmacy.

The centre is also an ideal place to spend free time and includes the popular CineStar multiplex cinema, Saunia sauna world, Fit Up fitness centre, Escape Loop escape game and the Maxíkov children's corner.
